All residents of the civil parish of Pencombe and Little Cowarne are invited to attend. The accounts for previous year will be presented together with a review of the year’s management and maintenance activities. The names of the user group representatives will be notified to the meeting and the management committee, who also serve as the charity trustees, will be nominated and elected.

The management committee is always looking for the widest community support for the hall and is keen to have new people to help with the task of running this community facility. Two new trustees are needed to replace two who are stepping down. New volunteers are needed to undertake the jobs which keep the hall running smoothly. We need a bookings secretary, a treasurer and a secretary. Can you help?

If you wish to send your apologies, you can do so by email, letter-post or a note left in the hall letter box by the Post Office door. If you want to speak to the chairman of the management committee Andrew Mottram include your phone number.
