Dates for Parish Council meetings
Parish Council meetings are held monthly except for December when there is no meeting. The current dates set for 2021 meetings are as follows-
Tuesday 23rd March 2021
Tuesday 27th April 2021
Tuesday 25th May 2021 (The Annual Meeting)
Tuesday 22nd June 2021
All meetings except the Annual Meeting start at 7.30pm and last about 1.5 to 2 hours. The Annual Meeting will start at 7.00pm with the annual Parish meetings for the Parishes of Pencombe (with Grendon Warren) and Little Cowarne. When this meeting is finished the annual meeting of the Group Parish Council will start.
Most COVID restrictions for secure venues have been lifted with effect from 17th May 2021. Council meetings will now be held face to face in the Parish Hall, which is a secure venue. Social distancing will be required inside the building but members of the public (wearing masks) are invited to attend. However, the COVID secure capacity of the Hall is 30 members of the public. Should this capacity be exceeded by residents wishing to attend then the meeting will be abandoned and any unfinished business deferred to the next suitable meeting.
The papers for the meetings are all available in advance on this website under “Council Business” then “Papers for Meetings”
